Alan Iglesias and Crossfire present a tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughan built from decades of professional playing experience. Alan has played guitar professionally since 1969, starting out on dances at his local VFW.
After high school, he toured extensively throughout New England with local blues-based rock bands and developed a loyal regional following. That background informs a tribute centered on Stevie Ray Vaughan’s music and stage show.
With a strong affinity for Stevie’s work, Alan set out to recreate a Stevie Ray Vaughan concert as closely as possible. He approaches the material with respect for the soulful, heartfelt style that defined Stevie’s playing.
For Alan and the band, performing this music is both a privilege and a way to help keep Stevie Ray Vaughan’s legacy alive.
