From scattered to inspectable

Booking deserves a working source of truth.

The old way

Too many files. Not enough context.

  • Static PDFs become stale as soon as the lineup or rider changes.
  • Performance clips, production files, and booking context live in separate links.
  • Buyers repeat the same event details across messages and inboxes.
  • A promising act can still be hard to compare with the rest of the roster.

The WorkingBands way

Live catalog data, with the booking agency attached.

  • Published profiles and public EPKs share live catalog data.
  • The shipped EPK registry powers public profile presentation.
  • Buyers can browse, save, compare, and send a protected request.
  • The booking agency stays in the loop from shortlist to inquiry.

How it works today

From profile to inquiry in three moves.

No autonomous agent in the middle: owners publish real information, buyers inspect it, and the agency receives useful event context.

  1. 1

    Build the public profile

A band owner starts with account-first onboarding, then adds the media and details buyers need.

  2. 2

    Publish a real EPK

Keep the same catalog, video, setlist, review, and booking context current in the public EPK.

  3. 3

    Move into booking

Buyers browse or compare published acts, then send the event context through protected intake.

The live toolkit

Everything the next show needs to explain.

These are grounded in the existing public profile and owner-tool contracts—not invented usage metrics.

Performance video

YouTube and Vimeo performance media can lead a public profile and carry into the act’s EPK, backed by the same published catalog record.

Proof without stand-ins

Inspect the workflow, not a made-up quote.

Homepage review attribution is not yet approved, so this proof slot uses shipped workflow facts instead of customer quotes or invented endorsements.

Published facts stay attached to the act.

Buyers can inspect owner-maintained profiles, real performance media, shipped EPK themes, and a protected request path. Review quotes stay out of this homepage until an attribution and consent rule is approved.

Pricing

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is the AI booking agent live?

No. Autonomous negotiation and follow-up are deferred and tracked in BandHub issue #1126. WorkingBands requests use the current human-led booking workflow.

Are payments and automated splits available?

No. Payments, settlement, and split automation are deferred under issue #1127 and are not marketed as part of the live service.

Are the EPK templates real?

Yes. The homepage showcase reads the shipped BandHub theme registry and opens a real public EPK renderer when a published profile is available.

Does an EPK automatically match a host website today?

Not yet. Deterministic host-theme token extraction is the approved approach in issue #1129, but it has not been scoped or shipped. Literal host-CSS inheritance and raw customer CSS remain rejected.

What does listing cost?

Bands that meet the publishing checklist list free during the public preview. Paid tools and service tiers have not been announced; the pricing page is the source of truth.
