How to start
- Sign in and open your band's Stage plots.
- Describe the band (who plays what, in-ears, risers) and let AI draw the plot and input list, or have it read a photo or PDF of the plot you use now. You can also draw it yourself from the gear palette or a starting layout.
- Drag anything that is not where you stand, check the input list, then make the PDF, approve it and send the venue its link.

Questions before you start
Does building a plot need AI?
No. Place people and gear from the palette, check the input list, save a version, make its PDF and approve it. The builder requires Owner Suite access, including eligible early access.
What does AI cost?
Each AI plot (from a description, from your old plot, or tidying yours) costs 2 credits, charged only when you get a plot. Drawing, uploading and PDFs are free. You check and edit everything before you send it.
Can I start from an existing stage plot?
Yes. Upload a photo or PDF and send it as it is, or let AI read it into an editable plot. Your original file is kept next to the new plot.
Where do I keep my input list?
Input details live in the same stage-plot workspace, so you can review the channel information alongside the stage setup.
