Refund Policy

These commercial terms apply to WorkingBands.AI. Owner Suite costs $19 per band per month in USD. It is a recurring monthly subscription, with no trial, that renews each month until you cancel. Recurring charges, renewal intervals and cancellation methods are disclosed before charging, and recurring billing requires your affirmative consent.

Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling Owner Suite does not cancel a separately paid Band Website subscription.

Purchased AI credits are non-refundable except where required by law. They never expire, survive subscription cancellation, and do not auto-renew. Credits are a non-transferable license to use platform features, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Every band receives 3 free AI credits each month. Free credits do not roll over: unused free credits expire at the end of the month, and free credits are spent before purchased credits. Owner Suite includes no additional AI credit pool. AI access is separate from Owner Suite access. Credits are charged on delivered output only; failed or unusable generations return the credits. Edits, saves, re-exports and repeat downloads cost no credits; a requested fresh generation costs the displayed amount again.

There is no dormancy period. We will not delete your account or EPK for inactivity or non-payment. Purchases buy software features and do not change visibility, ranking, placement, distribution or lead priority.

WorkingBands.AI is operated by Michael Twombly, California, as a sole proprietorship. These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state courts of California. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to WorkingBands.AI in the 12 months before the claim. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
