Kate Bush tribute
Kate Bush’s music brought to life through song, dance, and theatrical production
Baby Bushka is a live tribute to Kate Bush featuring an ensemble of 8 dancing and singing performers from San Diego, California. The show centers on Kate Bush’s music and stage sensibility, with a presentation that combines vocals, movement, and theatrical choreography.
Production elements in the performance include atmospheric lighting, intricate set designs, and multimedia, creating a visual frame for the material. The performers blend dance and vocal performance to reflect Kate Bush’s ethereal and eclectic style, drawing on contemporary dance, expressive movement, and theatrical staging.
The set reaches across Kate Bush’s career, including songs such as Wuthering Heights, Babooshka, Running Up That Hill, and Cloudbusting. The arrangements are presented with a fresh interpretation while keeping the spirit of the original material in place.
Baby Bushka is built for buyers looking for a Kate Bush tribute with a clear visual identity, a larger onstage ensemble, and a performance format that goes beyond a standard band set.
“Baby Bushka were on fire in every song. each member of the band pitch-perfect in musicianship, harmonies completely in sync, and each word delivered with the kind of feeling that captured both the earnest, sentimental weirdness that makes Kate Bush so special, and a distinct personality all Baby Bushka's own. Every song was a spectacle in itself, with choreographed dance routines, props, and costume changes.”

“Inevitably, Wuthering Heights garners the most enthusiastic crowd response, but it's Cloudbusting that ends the night, all eight gathering at the front of the stage to sing a cappella. "I know that something good is gonna happen"? It just did.”
