Formed in 2022, Eminescence is an Evanescence tribute based on Long Island. The band centers on the vocals and piano of Emi Pellegrino and is described as the only Evanescence tribute on Long Island.
Pellegrino was voted Best Singer on Long Island in 2020 after being nominated three years in a row. She is also a certified voice teacher and maintains a YouTube following of more than 52,000 subscribers.
The lineup includes guitarist Johnny Inferno, bassist Tom Schinkel of The Reptiles, and drummer Nick Bavaro. Together, the band brings years of live experience.
The set is built around music that still has strong recognition, from Bring Me To Life to Call Me When You're Sober. Evanescence broke through in the 2000s, sold millions of records, and their catalog continues to reach a large audience, with 8,240,000 monthly listeners and billions of YouTube views.
