Jenni Rivera tribute
A heartfelt tribute to Jenni Rivera’s legacy and genre-defining sound
Joyas Prestadas is a tribute band centered on the music and legacy of Jenni Rivera. The name means Borrowed Jewels, a nod to the group’s purpose: revisiting the songs Jenni Rivera created and bringing them back to the stage through live performance.
The band is made up of musicians and vocalists who admire Jenni Rivera’s music, persona, and impact on regional Mexican music. Their focus is on reflecting the essence of her style and genre-defining sound while paying respect to the artist behind it.
Joyas Prestadas is built around preserving that musical legacy in performance. The act is aimed at keeping Jenni Rivera’s work present for longtime listeners and helping new generations continue to recognize her impact and contributions to regional Mexican music.
“Mari Nobre’s tribute to Jenni Rivera was phenomenal as many of us sang to the lyrics. Mari and the band were full of energy! The banda songs in general had me moving and grooving. I even got to appear on stage with her as I am a die hard fan of the group. We need more of Mari Nobre and the Joyas Prestadas band internationally. Bravo!! 👏”
