Bio

Lovedrive is a Southern California tribute band dedicated to the Scorpions. Formed in 2012, the band takes its name from the Scorpions’ 1979 album Lovedrive and centers its show on the look, sound, and energy associated with a live Scorpions concert.

James Kottak of the Scorpions dubbed Lovedrive the “Best of the Best in the West.” The band also shared the stage with Kottak at the Whisky A-Go-Go in West Hollywood, California, where they performed No One Like You, Big City Nights, and Coming Home.

The set draws from the Scorpions’ catalog across multiple decades. Lovedrive includes late 70s material such as In Trance and Lovedrive, 80s staples including Rock You Like a Hurricane, The Zoo, Blackout, No One Like You, and Still Loving You, 90s songs like Wind of Change and Send Me an Angel, and 2000s tracks including 321 and Rock and Roll Band.

With a mix of major hits and less-played songs, Lovedrive is built for buyers looking for a clear Scorpions-focused tribute with recognizable titles and deeper cuts in the same show.
