Lover is a Taylor Swift tribute act based in Dallas, Texas. The show is presented in an unofficial capacity and is not associated with Taylor Swift, her brand, TAS Rights Management, or their affiliated entities. It is a fan-sponsored production and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those parties.
The project began after lead singer Charity Eden attended the Eras Tour on March 31, 2023 from a front-row floor seat and came away inspired to create a way for more fans to experience that style of show as ticket prices continued to rise.
Charity Eden is a Texas-based musician who began performing at age 7 in churches, school events, talent shows, and the local Opry in her hometown of Wylie, Texas. She earned a music degree with a voice concentration from the University of North Texas. For more than 15 years, she has led her own band and performs on guitar, piano, and bass guitar. Her background includes local venues, churches, weddings, and corporate events, and she performs with a team of experienced musicians. In 2023, she also began releasing original music under the name Charity Eden.
Lover is built around an Eras Tour-inspired presentation. According to the source material, the show was designed to include every era, every costume, iconic moments, dance moves, mannerisms, and note changes associated with Taylor’s tour presentation.
What started in local venues has expanded to performances in Japan, Kuwait, and across North America, with upcoming shows listed in the Philippines and Canada. For buyers, the format is easy to place: a Taylor Swift-focused tribute built for fans who missed the Eras Tour, fans who want more of it, and general audiences who know the songs and the references.
The result is a tribute show centered on recognizable Taylor Swift material, era-specific presentation, and a bandleader with long-running live experience in Texas and beyond.
