Bio
Mr. Crowley is an Ozzy Osbourne tribute band formed in 1999, at a time when there were not yet Ozzy or Black Sabbath tribute acts around.
The band focuses on material from across Ozzy’s catalog, covering both Black Sabbath and his solo career. Their approach is built around a fully live performance with no backing tracks. What the audience hears is played in real time.
Over 19 years, Mr. Crowley has gone through many members and incarnations, with several former members moving on to larger acts. Guitarist Mark Knapp was featured on AXS-TV’s World’s Greatest Tribute Bands series.
In 2013, Mr. Crowley set the Guinness World Record for the Largest Air Guitar Ensemble during KCAL’s Rock N Roll Bingo event at San Manuel Casino.
For buyers looking for a clearly defined Ozzy tribute, Mr. Crowley offers a setlist centered on songs fans know from both eras of Ozzy’s work, delivered as a live band performance without tracks.
