Slipknot tribute
A detailed Slipknot tribute with costumes, masks, and a high-energy stage show
Slip-Not is a Slipknot tribute band from Springfield, Massachusetts. The band was founded in 2006 by guitarist Marc Guyette and bassist Bill Brault.
What started as an experiment at the band’s first show quickly got a strong crowd response, and Slip-Not grew from there. After a few lineup changes, the band reached the lineup it performs with today.
Slip-Not is known for a spot-on sound, a high-energy stage show, and the visual detail of its costumes and masks. For buyers looking to match a specific Slipknot era, the band can arrange either the original lineup era before the passing of Paul Gray or the newer lineup featuring the newer members on drums and bass with the new masks and suits.
The goal is straightforward: to present the spitting image of the real thing.
Representative setlist
“I just went to see a band called Slip-not here in western Massachusetts. They were pretty entertaining. They played most of the typical songs that the knot plays. They also played gematria and devil in i. Their playing was great, not perfect obviously , but they were pretty faithful to the vibe of slipknot as well. Accurate masks, interestingly enough the bassist and drummer had the new generic masks. It was a fun show.”
