Bio
Sonic Temple is a Los Angeles-based tribute band focused on the music of The Cult. The band is built around a solid lineup of seasoned players and a hard-edged but varied set drawn from one of the major rock bands of the nineties, fronted by Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy.
All five members are dedicated fans of the material, and that shows in both the playing and the way the band works together. They enjoy the songs, enjoy playing as a unit, and bring a band-of-brothers approach to the stage.
For buyers, the pitch is simple: Sonic Temple aims to be easy to work with. The band describes itself as on time every time, with no attitudes, no egos, no excessive booze or drugs, and a professional attitude across the board.
Ready and willing to play anywhere in the USA and beyond, Sonic Temple is positioned for venues and events looking for a straightforward The Cult tribute with committed players and a clear focus on the music.
