Bio
Substance is a New Order tribute based in San Diego, California. Now in their 6th year as a band, they have played packed shows in well-known venues across the USA and Mexico.
The focus is on recreating the 1980s New Order sound with close attention to detail. Their sets run from 60 to 95 minutes, and they have more than 3 hours of material to draw from.
Along with the New Order hits fans know right away, the band also includes classic Joy Division songs that New Order still perform live today. The result is a tribute that works for dedicated fans looking for the details and casual fans who want the songs they grew up on.
