The Highwayman Show
A 10-piece tribute to Cash, Nelson, Jennings, and Kristofferson
Video
Bio
The Highwayman Show is a tribute to the music of Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and Kris Kristofferson. Fronted by Tony Suraci, “The Highwayman,” the show centers on the songs and voices that defined the mid-’70s outlaw country era, backed by a 10-piece band.
The set draws from familiar crowd favorites including Me and Bobby McGee, On The Road Again, Good Ole Boys, and Folsom Prison Blues. It also reaches into the best Cline/Joplin/Carter duets and includes the signature trumpets of Ring Of Fire.
For buyers, the format is clear and easy to place: a full tribute show focused on well-known outlaw country material, delivered with a larger band lineup and a set built around recognizable songs from start to finish.
