Bio

Then Again is Bob Chambers on guitar and vocals and Cyril Cianflone on bass and vocals. They have played together for over 30 years. Between them, they have also played with Laura Nyro, Felix Cavaliere of the Rascals, Carmine Appice, Eddie Money, Vinnie Vincent, and the Cowsills.

The duo focuses on the music of the Everly Brothers, bringing their early Rock n Roll sound forward with an emphasis on two-part harmonies. Their live approach uses guitar and bass rather than two guitars, with no additional supporting instruments. That setup keeps the show stripped down to the basics while creating a fuller, richer sound centered on the vocal blend.

The set draws from the Everly Brothers classics and goes further into the catalog with less commonly performed songs including Sleepless Nights and Don't Ask Me To Be Friends. It is a tribute built around well-known material, close harmony singing, and a deeper reach into the songbook than many standard nostalgia sets.

The Everly Brothers were known for tight harmonies, catchy melodies, and heartfelt lyrics, with an influence that carried into Pop and Country music. Then Again keeps that focus clear, presenting the songs in a lean duo format that stays close to the core of the material.
