El Loco Fandango
Tribute to ZZ Top

About Us
Aquarius is a six-member late-60s tribute band performing signature hits from the era between Monterey Pop and Woodstock. With full rock instrumentation, vocal harmonies, costumes, and wardrobe changes, the show fits parks, festivals, casinos, and private events.
Aquarius is a six-member tribute to the late 60s, built around the music and larger-than-life artists who defined the period between the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967 and Woodstock in 1969. The show centers on the spirit and signature hits of that era, drawing from artists including Jimi Hendrix, Sly and the Family Stone, Janis Joplin, and Grace Slick.
Designed for concerts in the park, street festivals, casinos, and private events, Aquarius has played for both large and small audiences. The presentation combines colorful costumes, wardrobe changes, a fast-moving show, and on-stage banter that leans into the look and feel of the period.
The band performs with full rock instrumentation: two guitars, bass, keyboards, and drums, along with rich vocal harmonies. Their repertoire includes dozens of well-known songs from the era, including music by The Mamas & the Papas, Roy Orbison, Steppenwolf, The Moody Blues, The Guess Who, and Joe Cocker, alongside performance tributes in the style of Janis Joplin, Grace Slick, Sly Stone, John Fogerty, and Jimi Hendrix.
For audiences who lived through the late 60s, the show delivers a direct hit of recognition. For younger crowds, it offers a clear way into the music, personalities, and energy of the time.
