Stella Blue's Band

Founded in 2009, Stella Blue's Band recreates the experience of being at a Grateful Dead show with a deep commitment to authenticity. The band features dynamic jams, extensive improvisation, and tunes from all stages of the Grateful Dead's 30-year run. They were the first chosen for residency at Garcia's at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY, opened for Santana at the Greenwich Town Party, played the Central Park Bandshell, and shared the Capitol Theatre stage with Melvin Seals and Phil Lesh.
