Band story

Zeppelin Live is a Los Angeles-based Led Zeppelin tribute band established in 1999. The four-piece lineup covers concerts, clubs, festivals, and corporate events with dedicated Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham roles.

Zeppelin Live is a Los Angeles, California-based Led Zeppelin tribute band established in 1999. The band performs music by Led Zeppelin for concerts, clubs, festivals, and corporate events.

The lineup features Jefrey Larson as Robert Plant, Bryan Christiansen as Jimmy Page, Joel Pelletier as John Paul Jones, and Jimmy Wells as John Bonham. Together, the group is built around players with long track records and role-specific experience that supports a full-band Zeppelin tribute.

Larson brings distinct vocals and a deep focus on recreating Robert Plant's performances. A former member of Atlantis, he has performed for more than a million people worldwide and worked with Greg Rollie, Night Ranger, Rod Stewart, and Bon Jovi.

Christiansen, the newest addition, steps into the Jimmy Page role with more than 20 years of experience. Previously part of Seattle's No Quarter, he developed his guitar style through influences including Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, and Jimmy Page, and has performed alongside Peter Frampton, Loverboy, and Eddie Money.

Pelletier covers the range of John Paul Jones with a background as a bassist, pianist, keyboard player, and guitarist. His classical training at The Hartt School of Music informs a tribute that includes bass, keyboard, and mandolin parts, along with authentic costumes and instruments.

On drums, Wells brings a broad percussion background shaped by touring across the U.S. and sharing stages with Rob Halford, Pat Travers, and Michael Schenker. He also performed at a sold-out show at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan. In Zeppelin Live, his approach pays tribute to John Bonham while going beyond note-for-note studio versions.

For buyers looking for a clearly defined Led Zeppelin tribute, Zeppelin Live offers an established four-piece format centered on the band's core lineup, recognizable material, and a presentation grounded in the details of the original band.
